What started as my vanity project, I have now come to the realisation that I want to be fit, healthy and happy. Regardless of my weight and my scale, if I am happy that will be all I need.


It has now become more a journey of 'enlightenment', to be more spiritual, accepting, healthy and fit.


This is a journey to a new and improved me, a better version of myself.
